Exchanges & Returns Policy


In case you are not satisfied with the items received, you can easily exchange or return them. Email us at and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

1. Exchange

You can ship your item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange the item(s) upon arrival and acceptance. You need to pay the return’s shipping fee.

2. Return and Refund

You can return the item(s) and get a refund. A partial or full refund will be offered upon arrival and acceptance. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and for sending the original package back to us.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have label attached.

Items must be received in original packaging.

For bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and jewelry, unless there is a quality problem, we do not offer return/exchange service. 

We only accept returns based on wrong size, bad quality and color shading.

Return will NOT be accepted without contacting our customer service.

4.Shipping Fee

We are not responsible for the returning shipping fee under following:

  • Size does not fit
  • Defective items 

5. Package Returned

Please don't return directly to the address on the received package.

We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.                                            

6. Refunds

Order cancellation and refund is only accepted within 2 hours after order confirmation.

Returns/exchanges will be processed in 2-4 business days.

In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days before the credit appears on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).

7. How to Make Your Return or Exchange

Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service.

Step 2: If you want to exchange, just inform us of the item SKU and size which you want to exchange for. If you want a refund, our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. 

Step 4: Send it with your printed shipping label on your package. Jot down the tracking number so you can follow it's journey. 

Please allow 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
